Booking a Spa Treatment

You can book Spa Treatments directly through the iSpa app, however not all Spas and treatments displayed are bookable. Only the treatments that have the “Book” button can be booked directly through the app. For the others, you can contact the Spa directly to make a booking request.

When is my booking confirmed?

Most of the bookings require a maximum of 15 minutes to be confirmed or declined by the Spas. During this time, your request will have a “pending” status. Some others will be automatically confirmed, and in that case your request will have the “confirmed” status.

How and when do I pay for my booking?

You can only pay with a valid Credit Card, and your card is charged upon confirmation of your booking. Your treatment is therefore pre-paid, and you must not pay again at the Spa, unless you add extras once on site. Any extra will be paid directly to the Spa.

iSpa uses a third-party payment processor, Mangopay, for all transactions and card details are stored securely.

Can I cancel a booking I made and paid for?

You can cancel most of your bookings according to each Spa’s cancellation policy without penalty, and your card will be credited with the amount initially charged. If you exceed the free cancellation period ( that is clearly communicated for each Spa according to their policy upon booking) , you will not be refunded or you will be partially refunded ( according to each Spa’s Cancellation policy).

Do I need and account with iSpa in order to make a booking?

You can make a booking without having previously created an account. However, you will have to create an account during the check-out process, so you can receive relevant information regarding your booking from us.

Can I make a booking for someone else than myself?

Yes you can. In the booking process, you can choose whether the booking is for yourself or for someone else. In both cases, the name of the person receiving the treatment must be provided to iSpa and the Spa.

Can I delete my iSpa account ?

Yes you can. We do not however recommend that you delete your account if you have an ongoing booking, as you may miss important information regarding the respective booking.
